The mission of the Foundation's projects related to the perpetuation of the historical heritage of Russia in sculptural compositions is to preserve for future generations the memory of the outstanding achievements of the predecessors which the country is proud of.

Family - linchpin of peace. Belarus, Orsha

The five and a half metres high sculptural composition "Family - linchpin of peace" is made of bronze and will be installed on a granite pedestal. The composition itself is very dynamic - a friendly family is holding a globe surrounded by doves - symbols of peace. In the evening and at night, the figures will be illuminated by architectural lighting. Rest benches will be installed around the sculpture for residents and guests of Orsha.

The author of the concept was Yulia Zarenkova, mother of three children, wife of Dmitry Vyacheslavovich Zarenkov.

“The very idea of installing the sculpture arose when discussing the possibility of drawing public attention to the role of the family,” says Vyacheslav Zarenkov. – We wanted to look at the symbol of peace in a deeper and more conscious way. The point is that no society, no country can exist without a normal nuclear family. And the real happiness for any person is a healthy and wonderful family.”

The inauguration of the sculptural composition “Family - linchpin of peace” took place on September 17, 2022 on the Alley of Family Trees.
