TEMPLE BUILDING
The Creative Universe Project pays special attention to the restoration and construction of Orthodox temples. Churches and Orthodox shrines are being built and restored in Russia, Belarus, Serbia, Bulgaria and Cyprus. Largely thanks to the support and efforts of the Foundation in Saint Petersburg, the buildings of the Ioannovsky Convent on Karpovka were restored, the Church of St. George the Victorious, the Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross and the Church in the name of St. Blessed Xenia of St. Petersburg were erected. According to ancient, miraculously saved drawings and photographs, the Temple of the Nativity on the Sands destroyed in 1934 was recreated from scratch.
Intending Cross installed near the Temple of the Holy Great Martyr George the Victorious in Kupchino
The Intending Cross was consecrated on the feast of the Origin of the Precious Trees of the Life-Giving Cross of the Lord, August 14, near the Temple of the Holy Great Martyr George the Victorious in Kupchino.
The abbot said that the Intending Cross appeared thanks to the President of the Creative World Foundation, the head of the Etalon group of companies, the ktitor of the temple Vyacheslav Zarenkov, who once assisted in the construction of the temple itself. “The temple functions, lives, many pilgrims come to it. Today, on a working day, it is also full of people,” Father Alexy noted and presented Vyacheslav Zarenkov with the image of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker made in the Gzhel technique.
