France through the Eyes of Russian Artists

On September 10, 2015 the vernissage dedicated to France was held in Paris within the frames of international social and cultural project “Creative World”.

Artists from St Petersburg: Evgeny Antipov, Andrey and Elena Bazanovs, Dmitry Egupov, Andrey Kavrizhkin, Olga Krasnoperova, Victor Tikhomirov and Vladimir Shinkarev presented their works in halls of Paris Galerie Jozeph.

The artists created all seventy seven sketches presented at the exhibition during the two-week plain-air around France held shortly before the exhibition.

The vernissage was opened by Viacheslav Zarenkov, author of the Creative World Project. The formal opening was also attended by Dov Bezman, anthropologist, fine art expert, founder of the video catalogue of the Senate Museum and Camille Benfredge, art historian, journalist, guide of the Louis Vuitton Fund who gave a high appraisal of the works presented at the exhibition.
